Many Counties across the nation are removing the public oversight of our election officials by appointing them vs us voting for them. MN must take back control, and Minnehaha, SD must stop this in its tracks.
MN uses county and city employees, that are unionized, and only donate to one party, that is a slap in the face of bi-partisan oversight of our elections. Get your county to adopt a resolution now for bi-partisan oversight of the absentee ballot boards. 203B.121 BALLOT BOARDS
In 2022 AFSCME (the unions for County & City employees) gave only to the DFL Party $1.8 Million. - https://cfb.mn.gov/reports-and-data/viewers/campaign-finance/political-committee-fund/30204/2024/
REQUIRE THE FOLLOWING
1) Balanced Absentee Boards
2) L&A Tests published on web
3) Sample Ballots without timing marks or bar codes.
4) Ballot Images posted on web site election night
5) CVRS posted election night
6) No Modems on Equipment
7) Signed document that election official reviewed the overvote images and CVRs and you are ensuring all ballots and all votes were counted
8) Pollbooks posted that night
9) No Unsecured Drop Boxes
10) 100% Hand Count Audit
Notice to election officials who can't do that, then we suggest you hand count, you have been misled, not trained, lazy or you have lied to us and we no longer trust your work product.

Election Admin Manual - July 2023
Look at page 66, we can see the end to end testing is required, and we can see if your county is using optical scanners, saving the Cast Vote Records to a removal drive is required as well....case closed.

The US Election Assistance Commission (EAC) recommends that Election Administrators turn on the Cast Vote Records (CVR) this process then allows the ballots to be digitally scanned, recorded and allows for the record of how the tabulators interpreted the ballot by producing digital records of how each ballot position was interpreted. New machines create a JSON file, older machines have Access or CSV files available.
Since 2005, the Cast Vote Record has been a part of the EAC Voluntary Voting Systems Guide standard, look at page 149, sections 7.8.1 & 7.8.2 - https://www.eac.gov/sites/default/files/eac_assets/1/28/VVSG.1.0_Volume_1.PDF
Here is the Federal Guidelines for the CVR since 2019 - https://nvlpubs.nist.gov/nistpubs/SpecialPublications/NIST.SP.1500-103.pdf
Below you will find a form you can fill out and ask your County's Election administrator for that data....if they refuse either the CVR or a copy of the thumb drives used, let us know as well...

Remember this statement from the 2005 standards guide on Page 149 - " • The voter must be able to verify that both cast vote records are correct and match before leaving the polling place, e.g., verify his or her selections on the voting machine summary screen and also verify the second record on the unalterable storage media. DownloadThe MN Supreme Court dismissed the case without prejudice...so stay tuned...we have more evidence... This case centered around the definition of a new system, unfortunately the Courts and the MN SOS office are trampling over the Legislature's definition within the statutes....so stay tuned. Here is the case file, and the evidence submitted in early August, 2022.

Many of us thought we were well represented and our tax dollars were well managed.....that's just not true.... What we found out was the last thing on our minds, we had hoped for better, and we realized it's worse that we thought. Over the last year, we have found that the swamp is bigger than we thought and its growing, and it must be contained...we the people deserve better. Together have the talent and will to clean it up...
We’re packing up the gear for an extended Midwest tour in support of exposing the swamp creatures and their misdeeds. The next episode of Midwest Swamp Watch will look into the finances of various MN campaigns from 2020...trust us it's gross...yikes is it ever.. You'll need a shower... Check out our tour page for when we’ll be presenting near you.
