MN Election TRANSPARANCY

The US Election Assistance Commission (EAC) recommends that Election Administrators turn on the Cast Vote Records (CVR) this process then allows the ballots to be digitally scanned, recorded and allows for the record of how the tabulators interpreted the ballot by producing digital records of how each ballot position was interpreted. New machines create a JSON file, older machines have Access or CSV files available.

Since 2005, the Cast Vote Record has been a part of the EAC Voluntary Voting Systems Guide standard, look at page 149, sections 7.8.1 & 7.8.2 - https://www.eac.gov/sites/default/files/eac_assets/1/28/VVSG.1.0_Volume_1.PDF

Below you will find a form you can fill out and ask your County's Election administrator for that data....if they refuse either the CVR or a copy of the thumb drives used, let us know as well...

Remember this statement from the 2005 standards guide on Page 149 - " • The voter must be able to verify that both cast vote records are correct and match before leaving the polling place, e.g., verify his or her selections on the voting machine summary screen and also verify the second record on the unalterable storage media. "

MN SUPREME COURT CASE FILING - ROSEMOUNT

The MN Supreme Court dismissed the case without prejudice...so stay tuned...we have more evidence... This case centered around the definition of a new system, unfortunately the Courts and the MN SOS office are trampling over the Legislature's definition within the statutes....so stay tuned. Here is the case file, and the evidence submitted in early August, 2022.

We Deserve Better

Many of us thought we were well represented and our tax dollars were well managed.....that's just not true.... What we found out was the last thing on our minds, we had hoped for better, and we realized it's worse that we thought. Over the last year, we have found that the swamp is bigger than we thought and its growing, and it must be contained...we the people deserve better. Together have the talent and will to clean it up...
